Josh Gay

Josh Gay is a native of Pensacola, Florida, and one of the city’s most recognized voices and legal-profession professionals. At the law firm Levin Papantonio (a nationally recognized plaintiffs’-side trial law firm in Pensacola), Josh serves as a Legal Investigator in the opioids department, helping build and support complex mass-tort litigation involving prescription drug issues and other related claims.

Outside of his legal practice, Josh is known as the public-announcer voice of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, the Double-A affiliate baseball team based in Pensacola. He earned the role after entering a public audition-style contest and has brought his distinct voice, enthusiasm for sports, and deep connection to the community to every home game.

Josh’s background includes local roots (he attended Catholic High in Pensacola) and a variety of experiences that built his versatility — from working in sales and as a SCUBA instructor through to mastering live event announcing. Known for his warm authenticity and ability to engage crowds as well as collaborate with legal teams, Josh bridges worlds with ease: law, sports, and community engagement.
